Forest Day Discussion Forums

Aside from the traditional plenary sessions, several discussion forums were held at the conference. Members of the Collaborative Partnership on Forests, and other interested organisations, hosted these sessions. The themes for the discussion forums were:

Afternoon session: 1330-1430

• Forest landscape restoration: Enhancing more than carbon stocks
• Mangroves under pressure: Forgotten wetlands in the changing climate
• Financing REDD+: Closing the gap
• Towards a consensus on carbon emissions from tropical deforestation
